Who This Applies To

This page applies primarily to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). What “Sell” and “Share” Mean

How to Opt Out

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing certain requests. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:

  • A signed letter or form authorizing the agent to act on your behalf; or
  • Proof of power of attorney under applicable law.

Response Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If more time is needed, we may extend the deadline by up to 45 additional days and will notify you.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal within 30 days by replying to our decision email or contacting [email protected]. We will respond with a final decision within 45 days and explain further options available under law.
